The daydreams rate shown on our website when you book your hotel is per person and per night and is guaranteed by daydreams.
The daydreams Hotel Voucher is valid for 12 months and can be extended for an additional fee.
To purchase a daydreams Hotel Voucher, visit our online shop. If you already have a daydreams Hotel Voucher, you can use it at the time of booking or extend it during the booking process.
DreamCard - As a daydreamer, you and your partner/friend have unlimited access to daydreams and can travel as often as you like.
The DreamCard gives you unlimited access to all 2000 + daydreams UK and European hotels, for as many breaks as you like.
As a daydreamer, you only have to pay for breakfast and dinner at your chosen hotel, which means that you can save up to 60% on the regular hotel rate.

If you make an on Request booking, your request will be acknowledged instantly and you will hear back from the chosen hotel within 24 hours.
Please differentiate between "CHECK AVAILABILITY" and "BOOK" ?
The "CHECK AVAILABILITY" function enables daydreamers to make an online request to a partner hotel who hasn’t released any allotements specific dates for the requested period.. With "CHECK AVAILABILITY" (If the hotel has availability for the dates requested, he will advise the daydreams team and we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm (or not) the booking. We call this type of booking On Request. If the booking is confirmed, you will receive an online confirmation at the address provided.
Hotels with the "BOOK" button displayed have provided allotments, which means that, providing that the dates you have requested are available, you can immediately make an online reservation and receive an instant confirmation at the address provided.
Should you need or wish to cancel your reservation, please follow these 2 steps:

2.- You can contact the daydreams.co.uk customer service team by phone (09135 950 007) or email (info@daydreams.co.uk)
