LE CADUSIA

In Chaource, in the heart of Champagne and 20 minutes from Troyes, the modern Le Cadusia is located in the heart of nature. A sort of country lounge, it combines comfort, well-being and gastronomy and allows its guests to be "in the green". The rooms are very comfortable and have a breathtaking view of the Bocage Chaourçois and its heritage. World cuisine, plancha (grill), roast... Its restaurant, which combines gastronomy and bistro approach, is called "bistronomique". We adapt to the seasons; such as the "banc de l'écailler" oyster platter in winter, summer truffles from Burgundy, porcini mushrooms in autumn, etc. Our menu is renewed every week and includes mainly local products, such as our vegetable products, and products from our region.
