AKZENT HOTEL MEERFRÄULEIN

In the heart of the city centre of Wemding, also affectionately called fuchsia town, in the Swabia region, lies the Akzent Hotel Meerfräulein. This family-run hotel offers an ideal place to relax and is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours through the region. The rooms are cosy and generously furnished. In the restaurant, the chef cooks himself, with great love for the culinary art, and that you can taste. Here you can enjoy the simplest of dishes as well as specialities from Bavarian-Swabian and Franconian cuisine. An absolute highlight is the hotel's own cinema, where the current movie programme is shown. This Lichtspiele has existed in Wemding since 26 March 1949. As one of the last remaining hotel cinemas, it has even been featured with special attention by the Bayerischer Rundfunk and the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
